Reception Pricing

The rental timeframe must include set up and removal of any non-venue items within the rental time. This rental includes the use of tables and chairs; it does not include the set up of the tables and chairs. Customers are responsible for trash removal and ensuring all trash is placed in garbage dumpster.

Single Day Rental Fee: $1000

Cleaning Fee: $500

Cleaning fee is automatically applied when renting the venue.
